Jim McCrae is stepping away from the Wallaceburg Lakers.
The executive president says due to some health concerns, he’s taking a step back from the organization.
“I’ve been told to slow down a little bit so I have Skip Harvey (stepping in),” says McCrae. “He’s had Jr. C experience with Mooretown and a lot of experience with the Thrashers and the Red Devils here in town.”
The change goes into effect immediately, and says if he does return to the team next season, it will be in a past-president capacity.
