McGregor Running for Re-Election

Wallaceburg Councillor Carmen McGregor is seeking another term.

McGregor was first elected in 2014 and says getting a grip with the machine that is Chatham-Kent can be difficult.

“I was really about half way through (my first term) before I really felt like I got my wings,” she explains. “I’ve had the opportunity to work on some really good projects in Wallaceburg with Jeff Wesley.”

First elected in 2014, McGregor says she wants to focus on economic development, youth retention, and issues around the Sydenham River and flood prevention.

The Chatham resident ran in the 2014 election as well, garnering about 2,300 votes.
