Meet The Candidates Night in Wallaceburg

With just over a month before the municipal election, area residents are getting a chance to learn more about candidates running in Wards 4 and 5.

The Wallaceburg and District Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Meet the Candidates night on Thursday, September 29^th.

There are eight candidates running in North Kent vying for two seats on council.

The two Wallaceburg council spots are already filled with incumbents Aaron Hall and Carmen McGregor running uncontested, however both are expected to be in attendance.

Next week’s event runs from 6 until 9 at the Moose Lodge on Duke Street.

Online voting opens October 3^rd, election day is October 24^th.
