A special treat for hockey fans in Chatham – the Memorial Cup paid a visit to town yesterday.
Ryley Gwilliam is the Partnership Coordinator for the Windsor Spitfires and says it’s part of the team’s Community of Champions tour.
The cup was on display at Shoppers Drug Mart in Chatham yesterday afternoon, with dozens of fans coming to snap photos.
Next year’s Memorial Cup tournament will be held in Regina.
