MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE COOKIES

½ C. soft butter

3 T. powdered sugar

1 C. cake flour

¾ C. chopped pecans

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Preheat oven 350°. Mix butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well. Add nuts and vanilla. Shape in balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 350° 12 minutes. Do not overbake. These cookies will not get brown. Roll in powdered sugar white hot.
