A Michigan man is facing charges after being caught with a radar detector.
A Chatham-Kent OPP officer was patrolling the 401 this morning when she spotted a vehicle committing a traffic violation.
The suspect was pulled over, and the officer found the device.
Speed measuring warning devices are legal in the States, but not in Ontario.
