A local politician has some new responsibilities at Queen’s Park.
Already Ontario’s Minister of Labour, Monte McNaughton has now added Training and Skills development to his title.
Those areas were formerly covered by Ross Romano as Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities.
Premier Doug Ford issued a statement yesterday saying it’s a sign of the government’s commitment to building on the priories that matter most to the people of Ontario.
Other changes including expanding Lisa MacLeod’s portfolio of Tourism, Culture and Sport to also include Heritage.
