The Ministry of Labour has been called in following a workplace accident on the Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation.
Emergency crews responded to an Elm Street business, which other published reports have identified as the construction site for a new police headquarters, shortly before 11 o’clock Monday morning.
Authorities say four people were taken to hospital, one with serious injuries and three others with minor injuries.
The Oneida Police Service will be assisting the Ministry, if required, as the investigation continues.
