Affordable housing will become more accessible in Chatham Kent in 2020.
Municipal officials have given the green light to a pair of projects, including a 13 unit new build at 330 Catherine St in Blenheim.
As well, an unfinished vacant commercial first floor building space will be converted into eight rental units at 48 Fifth Street South, Chatham.
Both locations will feature one modified accessible unit and the rest barrier free.
