More charges have been laid against organizers of church services in Chatham-Kent.
This past Sunday, police were called to a gathering at the Old Colony Mennonite Church in Dresden where a 50-year-old Dover Centre man was charged.
Meantime, a Dresden man has also been charged in connection with a gathering at the Old Colony Mennonite Church in Charing Cross.
Chatham-Kent Police say a gathering at the organization’s church in Wheatley Sunday morning remains under investigation.
Under the current COVID restrictions, religious services, rites and ceremonies indoors at 15% capacity. Outdoor services can be held as long as two metres of physical distancing can be maintained.
