More CK Road Projects in the Works

Some roads all over Chatham-Kent are set to be repaved within the year.

Gordon Street, John, Bertha, Francis Avenue, and Running Creek Drive in Wallaceburg are among many residential streets that are set to be repaved by next summer.

While it’s mainly section of streets that will be paved, the Municipality is spending nearly two and a half million dollars on the repaving.

Officials with the Engineering and Transportation Department say that the money is coming from the remainder of the 2018 roads lifecycle fund.

Also on the list of streets getting an upgrade are North Street in Dresden from Holden to Livingston, and Centre Side Road from Countryview to Claymore.
