Another 721 new cases of COVID-19 are being reported across Ontario today.
That’s a 1.2% increase over yesterday’s stats with one more patient being admitted to hospital because of the virus.
The biggest change from yesterday is the number of resolved cases with 783 patients recovering.
The hot spots are still hot – 270 of the new cases are from Toronto with another 170 in Peel and 79 in York Region.
Provincial officials say there have been more than 32-thousand COVID tests completed with another 26,500 still waiting to be processed.
