The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued another flour recall – this time for more flour brands sold nationally.
Several types of Robin Hood flour remain on the recall list, while Brodie self-raising cake and pastry flour and Creative Baker All Purpose Flour have been added to the list.
The CFIA says these brands may be contaminated with e. Coli – several illnesses have been reported so far, but none are confirmed to have been the result of the products on the recall list.
Originally issued for western Canada, the recall is now nationwide.
