Construction season is around the corner, and another road in Wallaceburg is getting a facelift.
Starting in April, Elgin Street from Forhan Street to Gordon Street will be completely redone, with the replacement of water and wastewater lines, curbs, sidewalks, and pavement.
The total cost for the project is just shy of $5-million, and will come from three PUC lifecycle budgets and this year’s Road Resurfacing budget.
Construction is expected to last until September.
