The crackdown on speeders through school zones continues.
The Chatham-Kent Police traffic unit was set up in Chatham and Wallaceburg yesterday, laying 24 charges for speeding, primarily through community safety zones near schools.
Authorities say they’ll continue to monitor community safety zones and pedestrian crosswalks to ensure the safety of children as head to and from school.
