Driving a motorcycle in an erratic manner has ultimately led to impaired driving charges for a Chatham man.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were notified about an erratic driver at around 5 p.m. on Wednesday after a motorcyclist was seen pounding his fists on the side of an empty school bus.
Police were able to locate and arrest the driver on Richmond Street in Chatham.
A 30-year-old Chatham man is now charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
He was later released from custody with a March court date.
