Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MPP Monte McNaughton is reflecting on the year of 2016, at Queen’s Park and back in the riding.
McNaughton says there’s been three areas of focus for him,
“I introduced a couple of bills, one capping Ontario’s debt, the second one I continued to lead the charge against the death tax, which I think is one of the worst taxes people and families face. And we’ve had some success with reducing the cost of the Drive Clean Program, of course I’ve been on the record for a number of years wanting the Drive Clean Program scrapped in the province.”
McNaughton says personally, he’s had to learn to work together across party lines.
