MPP Monte McNaughton putting the question to the Premier as to whether the Wynne government would balance the budget without tax increases and the Minister of Finance had dodged the question earlier and when McNaughton asked the Premier for a straight answer she came back with a laundry list of items they are doing but not once did she mention a yes or no answer on tax hikes.
