One man has been charged after another man was assaulted in Muirkirk.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers wear called to an address on Muirkirk Line at around 7:45 p.m. on Sunday after an argument between two men turned violent, resulting in one assaulting the other.
As a result, a 49-year-old Muirkirk man was arrested and charged with assault. He has been released from custody with conditions and a September court date.
