Charges have been laid against a Michigan man following a crash on the 401.

The westbound lanes between Kent Bridge road and Queens Line were closed for several hours to remove the vehicle.
The driver, a 50-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences, including interfering with traffic and having a load that was both too wide and too long.
