A number of services will be altered on Monday to observe the Canada Day holiday.

The Civic Centre and all municipal service centres will be closed, along with all branches of the Chatham-Kent Public Library.

As well, all Ride CK Transit services will not be operating.

Garbage and recycling will not be picked up on Monday, and all collections for the rest of the week will be delayed by a day.

Some services at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance will also be affected by the holiday.

While some outpatient diagnostic tests will take place, oncology, ambulatory care, outpatient rehabilitation, health records and patient appointment offices will all be closed on Monday.

The Chatham-Kent Mental Health and Addictions Program Outpatient Department will be closed, along with the Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine clinic.

The Emergency Departments at the Chatham and Wallaceburg sites will also remain open 24 hours daily.
