A letter has surfaced from the Ministry of Health that was sent to the Chatham Kent Health Alliance saying that the Wallaceburg Hospital is excellent and that the ER is excellent.
The letter basically contradicts everything the CKHA has been saying about the Sydenham Campus.
SDH Board Chair Sheldon Parsons says the letter should have been brought forward at an Alliance meeting.
Parsons says the letter outlines that the Wallaceburg Hospital could be used as a model for other small hospitals to emulate.
