National Carrier Starts Fever Checks

Effective May 15th you will have to keep your cool to board an Air Canada flight.

The airline will begin checking every passenger for a fever before they board the plane.

It will be a no contact infrared check.

If passengers are denied  boarding with a temperature over 37.5 C they can re book with no penalty if they get medical clearance.

They also will keep adjacent seats empty even if parties are travelling together.
