Charges have been laid following a neighbour dispute in Chatham.
Police were called to a Wedgewood Avenue home shortly before 10 Wednesday morning, and say a woman allegedly threatened to harm her neighbour.
As the accused was being taken into custody, authorities claim she threw a beverage at one of the arresting officers and tried to run off.
The suspect was brought back under control and taken to police headquarters.
The 36-year-old has been charged with uttering threats and assaulting a peace officer. She was held in custody for a bail hearing.
