A neighbour dispute in Wallaceburg has landed one man in trouble with police.
Police responded to a Wallace Street building shortly before 8:30 Tuesday night and say the accused was upset over a barking dog on his neighbour’s balcony.
Authorities claim the man beat the balcony door with a large wooden stick, yelling derogatory comments and threatening to harm his neighbour.
The accused then allegedly went to his neighbour’s door down the hall and started kicking it and yelling, causing some damage.
The 45-year-old was arrested and charged with uttering threats and mischief. He was transported to police headquarters and released with conditions and a date in court next month.
