A Wallaceburg man is facing a number of charges after a fight with a neighbour.
Chatham-Kent Police say the accused was spotted yelling at his neighbours through the living room window yesterday morning before grabbing a wooden chair off the porch and hurling it at a fence.
Authorities say the man also threw a recycling bin at the house, damaging the siding.
The accused was tracked down a short time later, and arrested.
The 32-year-old is charged with failing to comply with a court order banning him from communicating with his neighbours, uttering threats, and two counts of mischief.
