The Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors has a new President.
Laura Tourangeau is taking over the top spot in the organization.
She says December was a big month with 85 units changing hands. Up 37 per cent compared to December of 2019 and that’s a record.
The average sale price in December was just under $345,000 dollars, up 28 per cent.
There were 75 new residential listings in December.
For the year sales were up 1 per cent year to year with 1,344 sales.
