The Chatham-Kent is unveiling some new dysphagia and swallowing disorder services.

At a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, laryngologist Dr. Nadine Yammine says the new clinic is more than just new technology.
The multi-disciplinary clinic has speech language pathologists, dietitians, and other health professionals that can provide a one-stop shop for patients with these disorders.
She says the clinic will make it easier for patients – especially the elderly in rural areas – to access this type of health care.
