North Kent Wind is back in court today, looking for an injunction against Water Wells First protestors.
The company wants a judge to prohibit blockades and other interference with the construction of its wind project.
Water Wells First protesters had been blocking the site on Bush Line for a little more than a week, until construction was halted on Sept 7th as the matter proceeded in the courts.
The court also issued a restraining order during that time preventing anyone from blockading, obstructing, or impeding access to any of the North Kent Wind sites.
The number of families who say they are dealing with water well issues is around a dozen.
