No charges will be laid following last weekend’s deadly motorcycle collision in Leamington.
A 41-year old Mexican man was killed and two others were hurt on Fraser Road Sunday night.
Provincial Police say the three were walking on the road when they were hit.
The two other pedestrians and the driver of the bike suffered non-life threatening injuries.
