No injuries have been reported following a weekend fire in Ridgetown.
Emergency crews responded to a property on James Lane on Saturday.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the homeowner called police after returning home to find the fire in his apartment.
Fire fighters were able to douse the flames before the blaze spread to any other units in the building.
Investigators believe the fire originated from an electrical source, with damage estimated at $100,000.
