At least one Chatham-Kent councillor is eyeing the possibility of forming a new committee to help tackle the issue of bridges and culverts in the municipality.
Leon LeClair is floating the idea of a committee made up of councillors, staff, agriculture representatives, and more to look at different ways and means of building bridges across Chatham-Kent.
The issue will be debated at the next council meeting, and if other councillors like the idea, then LeClair will be back in July with a set of guidelines and mandate for the new group.
