The LTVCA is warning residents of potential gale conditions on Lake Erie and Lake St. Clair.
The conservation authority says waves could reach 4m in height with winds up and over 90km/h for Wednesday and Thursday.
Officials say that there is a strong risk of significant shoreline damage, flooding and erosion.
Winds are expected to peak sometime in the afternoon.
