Officials are investigating another fire in Wallaceburg.
According to Chatham-Kent Fire and Emergency Services, crews from Chatham and Wallaceburg were called to the old H&B building on Arnold Street around 7:00pm last night.
While the cause of the fire is unknown at this time, damages are pegged at $500,000.
Anyone who was in the area last night as saw any unusual activity is asked to call police.
