The Chatham-Kent Museum is looking to the public for their help with a new exhibit.
Curator Stephanie Saunders says “CK. Faster. Higher. Stronger” will feature memorabilia and other items showcasing local athletes who’ve competed in the Olympics.
“Really we are open to anything, we’ve managed to connect with a few of the athletes so we have some gear, uniforms and equipment,” says Saunders. “No medals yet but maybe we’ll get lucky and somebody will want to loan us a medal.”
While it’s still a work in progress, the exhibit is expected to open in September.
