Municipal officials are trying to make public transit more accessible.
One of the popular requests in the municipality’s transit strategy was on demand service, so it’s now in effect during hours of lower ridership.
But starting December 1st it will be easier to arrange service as a new App becomes operational.
You can get it in your App store, and OnRequest Public Travel will be accessible Monday through Friday from 7:15pm to 12:45am.
The scheduled fixed routes will continue during the busier daytime hours.
