Traffic is moving along the 401 through Chatham-Kent following an overnight collision.
Emergency crews responded to the westbound lanes around 11:30 Sunday night for a collision involving two passenger vehicles.
Provincial Police say one person was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The westbound lanes were closed between Victoria Road and Kent Bridge Road for several hours as the investigation was carried out. Authorities issued a note this morning, thanking the many motorists who stopped to assist and help those involved in the collision.
The scene was cleared shortly before 5 o’clock Monday morning.
