One person had to be taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash south of Wallaceburg.
The Ontario Provincial Police said the two vehicles collided on Highway 40 at Electric Line Thursday morning.
One driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Following an investigation, the 25-year-old Lakeshore resident who was driving the other vehicle was charged with failing to yield on a through highway.
The scene was cleared by 9:30am.
