Chatham-Kent is hosting a pair of virtual public meetings to share information on how best to access affordable housing options in the municipality.

The two online information sessions will be live-streamed on Chatham-Kent’s Facebook page and YouTube channels on July 30 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and August 1 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Each session will provide information on how to access safe, sustainable, and affordable housing, including rent geared to income housing, portable housing benefits, and programming to assist homeowners. Renting, tenants, and landlords will not be discussed.

Phillip Mock from Vision Us will host both virtual session, which will also feature expert speaker Beth Earley.
