Chatham-Kent residents are being asked to take part in a long term health study to help determine just how healthy Ontarians are.
Spokesperson for the Ontario Health Study Kelly MacDonald says they’re looking for people between the age of 30 and 74.
“Everybody’s exposures, what they do and what they’re spending their time at changes depending on where they might be in terms of water quality, what their occupations are,” says MacDonald. “So we want to really be able to have a really broad range of participants and a real breadth of information.”
The study is being done in partnership with Cancer Care Ontario, Public Health Ontario and the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research.
