If you’re out and about on Chatham-Kent roads this weekend, be on your best behaviour.
Police constable Renee Cowell says officers will be on the lookout for impaired driving, seat belt use, and all aspects related to aggressive and distracted driving.
“This program involves enforcement that focuses on behaviours that put drivers, passengers, and all road users at most risk. Those are impaired driving, seat belt use, and all aspects related to aggressive and distracted driving.”
Operation Impact is a partnership of police officers across the province.
