Chatham-Kent OPP have laid charges against a New Jersey man caught whipping down the 401.
The accused was pulled over near Bloomfield Road going over 130 kilometres an hour.
Authorities say the 36-yar-old was also found with a radar detection device in his vehicle, which are illegal in Canada.
