OPP Nail Another Lead Foot On The 401

Chatham OPP nailed another stunt driver on the 401 Tuesday.

They were conducting radar enforcement on the 401 near Duart around 5 pm, when they clocked a guy doing over 180 kilometres per hour.

150 would have meant a stunt driving charge.

Police arrested 20 year old Ahmed Agha of Mississauga.

He has a court date October 31st.

In the meantime his car is impounded and license suspended for 7 days.

If convicted he faces up to 6 months in jail and a fine ranging from 2-10 thousand dollars.
