An empty gas tank led to charges against a 36 year old Blenheim man Sunday.
As he was pushing the vehicle on Lacroix Street near Park Avenue he drew the interest of a Chatham-Kent police officer.
Through investigation the officer determined the plates on the vehicle were stolen. He also noticed a set of brass knuckles in the vehicle.
The man was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and possession of a prohibited weapon.
