A pair of Chatham men are in custody simply because they couldn’t follow instructions.
A 29-year-old was released from custody on Wednesday for breaching his bail and was arrested Friday for again breaching his conditions.
In the other case a 31-year-old was released with a curfew earlier this month. When Chatham-Kent officers checked to see if he was home, they found he wasn’t. Police arrested him a few hours later when he came home for the night.
Both are being held in custody pending bail hearings.
