Two people are facing assault charges after a pair of incidents on Monday.
Yesterday afternoon, a man and woman were arguing while riding their bikes together in Chatham. The woman rode past the man and he hit her with his arm. The 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with assault.
Earlier in the day, a Chatham woman was arrested in connection to an on-going assault investigation. The 33-year-old was charged with assault and was released with a future court date.
