Authorities say a medical event likely led to single-vehicle crash on Pioneer Line near Prince Albert Road.
Police believe the driver, a 32-year-old Chatham woman, was in distress Wednesday afternoon when her vehicle left the road and hit a tree.
The driver suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Meantime, officers also responded to a two-vehicle crash on Talbot Street West in Blenheim yesterday afternoon.
No one was hurt. A 59-year-old Erieau woman has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
