On a post to its website, Outreach for Hunger says ‘Due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding COVID-19, Outreach for Hunger will be shut down until further notice to ensure the safety of our recipients, staff, and volunteers.’
Community Living Chatham-Kent has announced it is closing its day programs (Park Avenue, Riverview Drive, and Sass Road) and respite programs (children and adult) effective today until further notice. Daily non-essential supports have also ceased.
The Alzheimer’s Society of Chatham-Kent has also suspended its Day Program, Education Sessions and Support Groups for the time being.
