Parade of Chefs

Tonight is the night for the 17th annual Parade of Chefs.

Food Network host John Catucci is going to host the popular event, which is being held at the John D Bradley Centre.

For the first time, local produce will be featured, with crops from 11 different farms across the municipality.

That’s one of the benefits to moving the traditionally spring event to the fall.

Money raised goes to support the efforts of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation.

The evening will include a six course meal, prepared by Zee’s Bistro, Willow Ridge Pub and Eatery and others.

Last year’s Parade of Chefs brought in $62,000.
