A Tilbury-area man has been arrested following an altercation in the parking lot at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
Chatham-Kent Police claim the accused assaulted a woman in her vehicle at the Chatham hospital early Sunday evening. The suspect fled before police arrived, but was found a short distance away.
The 38-year-old from Tilbury East Township has been charged with assault causing bodily harm. He was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
